In dv case wife has given an application that husband should return her passport ..but I don't have her passport ..do I need to prove that I don't have her passport ?she has said in dv that -husband has thrown me out of the house coz i denied to get dowry has not allowed me to enter again ,all my belongings are with him ..even I don't have any proof that she came back to my house..she however has the proof that I denied to take her back after she went (I had given a written statement in the caw by mistake ,just to avoid her )
