Dv citations

Brief about the case, wife is being beaten for dowry but the objective of wife is to save her matrimonial life. Husband is the 'only son' of his parents and working along with his parents in their 'shared business'. In-laws wants to remarry their son. Wife approached court to file DV case mentioning that the husband and in-laws wants to snatch shelter from her because husband and mother-in-law started bringing other woman to 'shared residence'. Mother-in-law later filed DV case against the wife and son mentioning that the wife wants to grab the 'shared residence' where the house is in the name of father-in-law. Husband has started creating false evidences and continued to badly torture to seek divorce by creating/editing video recordings, although the husband has not yet filed divorce. Husband has mentioned that he is not earning enough due to 'shared business' and even earning less than low class wages and further the husband has no asset/properties since he has already sold-out the properties that were earlier registered in his name. The other assets/ properties are registered in the name of in-laws.

So, there are two DV legal matters i.e. one filed by wife and other filed by mother-in-law.

1. Are there any relevant citations to dismiss the latter case filed by mother-in-law?

2. Any suggestions/opinion.
