CAN I APPEAL FOR QUASHING FOR MY FALSE D.V. CASE IN HIGH COURT.

Appeal and quashing both are deffirent

Appeal can be filed against the order of the court but in DV appeal can be filed before session court and not HC.

but Quashing petition can be filed before HC u/s 482 of Cr.P.C.
