DV act victim

I'm a victim of dv act. I'm a Muslim. Divorced by talaq. Ex wife put dv case. Interim orderd in magistrate court. Then stay in additional. Another order. Now appealed stay in high court chennai. Interim stay with condition to pay 2lakhs. I'm not so rich. I'm in business and accusations are false and not proved, can I request for modification of condition on interim stay? Truth is I'm not in a condition to pay as financially in loss. Help me and suggest me a way to go ahead.

U have tocomply with orders of the High Court,U cannot deviate. The only option is to appeal  for the revision of the orders of the single judge before the division bench.

But from the high Court was an interim order for stay which is conditional And I'm not financially equipped to pay. What are my options? Please help, very less time I have..
