Dv act

Dear Sir, I seek your help to fight my case whose gist is as given below:- Lower court has passed judgement that there is no evidence of Domestic Violence and wife not entitled to any maintenance. However, it has granted Rs 30000/per month as residence allowance to the wife who is a permanent KV teacher drawing HRA and living in her mothers house for last 25 yrs and Rs 40000/- per month as child expenses to the daughter who is a major in college. Total Rs 70,000pm. Request intimate SC judgement which states that NO MAINTENANCE is authorised to a wife once court has passed judgement there is no evidence of domestic violence. Appeal has been filed and need judgement to fight my case pl
