Filed a Consumer Case under section 12 at district level however the Court Staff is refusing to provide Twchnical Assistance of mandatory SMS Notification. The case was listed without any information even on Confonet.
Reported this mistake with Confonet but they informed me that it is the mandatory duty of District Fora. However despite filing repeated representations no Support.
What can I do now if for some reason Dist Fora is not providing any Support or listing the Case
