absolutely no problem at all....go ahead and prepare for the examinations and do well.

there are wide range of offenses where you can have problems getting clearance from the police while recruitment in government department 

but i can assure you drink and drive challan is not one of them,

also spoiler alert when you are selected and police will come to your house for police verification then you might have to give them 2-4k as "suvidha shulk" because they will surely mention that you had one drink and drive challan and we have silenced it for you. lol

In most of the states, the drink and dive offence for the first time will be a petty offence and once fine is collected, it remains disposed, thus it hardly matters.  Dont worry about such issues.
