Draft for an application by defacto complaint before magistrate directing to file chargesheet

Hi, anyone has draft for an Application by defacto complaint before magistrate directing to file chargesheet

Quick Summary
This discussion explores how a 'de facto complainant' can apply to a magistrate to direct the filing of a chargesheet. While no specific law in India expedites this process, engaging a local advocate practising in the relevant court is suggested. The participants are seeking clarification on the term 'de facto complainant' and the specific facts and context of the situation.

No such law existed in India to expedite filing of charge-sheet.

What do you mean from the term "de facto complainant" used by you ?

The defacto complainant can engage the services of a local advocate particularly practising in the said judicial magistrate court on all such issues.

What are the facts? What is the context?
