Dowry death 304 b

I urgently need your advice. My brother's wife committed suicide by hanging herself in the house 3 days back. She wrote a suicide note making false allegations of harrasing her for dowry against her husband, in-laws, me and my wife. Police has arrested my brother and parents yesterday and people here are saying that we can also be arrested. What are the chances of the court convicting us? What should we do? Please help us.

The chances are very high. Take the trial very very seriously.

Apply for AB immediately through a lawyer lest you also land up in the jail like your brother and parents.

The stakes are high!!!....Do apply for anticipatory bail immediately...A suicide note alone cannot be a base for conviction, evidence needs to be produced showing dowry demands and cruelty...

I am presuming that this marriage js not more than seven years old, Do have a good lawyer via reference....
