Dear sir/madam, I have purchased a house from known owners of the house,when I went for the registration I came to know that somebody has made fake registration of the house by producing fake papers,registration authorities did checked the papers submitted by them,and told us that their registration is fake,and they did registration for us.we do not know who is this person,where he stays,but his name appears in EC, w we are staying in the house,we are paying tax on our name,electricity is on our name also,so wanted to know who is the legal owner of the house.please reply,or what should we do.
