We have bought a piece of land in 2008 Jan and registered in Nagaram Village , Maheshwaram mandal near Shamshabad (Hyderabad) from KVR Projects Pvt Ltd .But it was again sold to some other parties in Dec 2008 by KVR Projects Pvt Ltd . Now , what action should we take and against whom. Should we book cheating/fraud case against KVR Projects Pvt Ltd and 3rd party as well ?

file a case against them by consulting a lawyer of your area.

Whether the subsequent sale was with your knowledge, I mean with the knowledge of the new title holder?, if not it is a case of cheating with impersonation and forgery, a complaint with the police followed by suit to cancel or declare the alleged sale as null and void to be followed up.
