Double payment of p.f.

we have deposited contribution of pf for the month of april 2018 and chaalan, ecr were obtained. but, for the month of may 2018 when we uploaded ecr we erroneously put the wage manith as april 2018 and accoringly payment was made. later we paid the contribution of may 2018. may we adjust the double payment of april with the contribution of june 2018. any upward difference will be paid separately. if yes then pl tell us the process
