Domestic violence act

Hi 

my question is, if domestic voilence not proved by girl, any punishement for girl.  what will happen, what is the next step to boy.

Not proving does not mean that the case is false, hence no action. However if it is proved that the case is false, depending upon the facts of the case, the girl can be prosecuted.
