Hi. Iam Abizer From Chennai Married on Sep 2005.Having Two Girl Children.My wife has loged a complaint against me and my parents.The matter is pending in 7th Metropolatin Court.She has alleged that i drink everyday and hit her bring other womens at home not taking care of her and my two children my mother and father acompany me and hit her and bla bla....after 7months of court yard she is not willing to get into the witness box and prove the alligation she put on us.And she want to go for an written argument.For which we got an direction from highcourt to conduct the case as per law.And we got the stay order for the same.
Not to stop with this now she has gone to the high court and asked for the direction to lodge an FIR For the complaint she gave on 23-12-2010.The complaint given by her on 23-12-2010 no where she has mentioned about the dowery and also not said any where in the court.
They are been harrising our family by lodging a false complaint against me and my parents for dowery.
Please let me know your comments for the above.
