Do we do lease hold to free hold conversion first or substitution of a property.
Also the house is 181 sq meters-> This is the formula that L&DO uses - I dont know how to use the formula.
Above 150 and Conversion charges applicable to---> (7.5 X R) Plus Up to 250 150 sq.meters plus 10% of [0.1 X R (P-150)]

As ar as the property is concerned you may have to first get it converted to freehold from leasehold before going for mutation or any other steps towards this property.
