Documents reqired for due diligence of flats.

Hi Friends,

I'm planning to buy a flat in Bangalore and i have gone through some of the Documents like Title, Khata, Sanctioned Building Plan, property tax, water & electricity bills, PAN cards as such, Plz tell me if i should look for any other document for the same.

1. T&CP Approval, 2. Encumbrance Certificate for 30 years, 3. Confirmation letter from the Owner if the flat is not financed by any bank. Regards Deepak Mishra
