Documents not available

expartied means ?

if they send notice to me .. and they do the setting with person who deliver summon and tell that  i am not available or i dont leave there.. and ask for divorce..how to prevent with this point..

how can i know that they had filed fo divorce ?do need i need to keep trach of the this in courts ?or any alternative..
