I am having some doubts in mind for purchasing one property located in mumbai
1) Property owner is no more , legal heirs are residing in chennai , their names are not entered in Property cards & they are not intrested in coming to mumbai for signing the docements required .
1.) is it possible to register Power of attrony of the same property with all rights through them to me ?
2.) Will it be valid for processing succession deed through court ?
3.) after adding their names in Property card is it possible to sale the same to Buyer directly without legal heir's cocern ( With the help of Power of attorny given by them to me in chennai )?
4. If not possible can anybody tell me what is easiest way for processing this all ?
