Dob differencebirth certificate and educational certificate

 

Sir,

         I have problem to get passport due to my Birth Certificate and Education Certificate date of birth miss match I have original DOB certificate as Jun 1991 but my educational certificate Sep 1990...

 

Please Help I have some job offer going to foreign countries pls advice
