I am writing a settlement document with my wife. Saying that she and her parents and family members and relatives or friends should not file any case against me or my parents or any of my other relatives. And ask her to sign this along with other settlement points.
After she signs of the above document does the girl parents still can file a case against me? Please suggest.

Incomplete terms and conditions for settlement. Just this term of not filling case by them will not prevent them for filling it in case there is some contingency arising that make them to file case against you.
