Sir, i'm a muslim man working in sharjah.my wife son and her family is also living in sharjah, in 2011 april my wife filed fake 498a and divorce against me and my old mother in india.We took bail from indian court.Then they returned to sharjah and filed divorce case in dubai court while the cases are pending before indian court.I filed RCR in india.My advocate informed dubai court that same case is pending in india.Dubai court asked my wife to cancel thr case in india first, then they stopped appearing before indian court, i was appearing before indian court for both divorce and RCR.Because of their non-appearance the divorce cases given by them got cancelled in india and i got ex-parte RCR in my favour.My wife submitted the judgement which dismissed the case in india before dubai court.I've submitted my exparte RCR judgement in Dubai court,but dubai court is proceeding with the divorce proceedings.
My questions are
1) If she get a divorce from dubai court while i'm having ex-parte from india,it will be valid in india?
2) Is dubai court able to pronounce a divorce judgement suppressing my RCR and opposition against divorce?
Any body please answer my questions...my wifes family is trying to get huge amount of money as out of court settlement and trying to get rid of all their problems and start a new family life while 498a is pending in indian court.
