Divorce Certificate

My Sister got divorced last year, first motion happened at Tis Hazari Court and 2nd motion at Dwarka Court. I have certified copied for both of the motions. I want to know How can i apply and get certificate of divorce?

Certified copy of the Decree of divorce is applied and also given along with final order of divorce after second motion. Ask your advocate to get the same for you. Otherwise the non-certified copy of decree of divorce is issued free of cost by the Family Court, get the same from Family Court, Dwarka, District Court. In India Decree of divorce issued not certificate of divorce.
