Divorce & counselling

Dear learned members,

Our Marriage is 2 and half year old. No kids. Wife quarelled with me  and left with her father. My father and myself have put up lot of efforts towards reconciliation but to no avail because of my FIL and my wife's adament attitude. While she was with me, she was always taunting on some pretext or other. That I do not know this and that. Her attitude / behaviour was further encouraged by my FIL's illogical thinking who always finding fault with me. Now, no relative of her wants to talk on this topic. My FIL does not come for talk but accusing us of dowry. We did not take any dowry or demanded any thing. He is almost often coming in front of our house and shouting but not ready to talk. Creating nuisence. Earlier I was thinking positively. But now, I have decided to go for separation. but before that I want to give one more chance to her to normalize the relations.  Therefore,

I want to take my estranged wife to renowed marriage councellers. Because I can not believe my FIL. His behaviour is a mentally sick behaviour. Though I am also purturbed of my wife's behaviour.  Now, I want to know, whether all the proceedings are recorded there, discussed between husband and wife in the presence of councellers. Later stage concellers want to call my in-laws too. About my father-in-law, I am sure, there also he will shout only. If These, recordings are of any value in case our case goes to court? Have some weightage or not? Whether, honourable judges may ask for these records or I my self should present these records as evidence to show/ support my intentions. So, that in future, if need be, it may help  judges to take right decision. Also, want to know about alimony / maintenance. I am from not so well to do family. My father is retired. My two younger brother & sisters are also partly dependent on me. My wife was a teacher in a private school. She was getting 8000/- Rs. PM. I am earning 40,000/- PM. I do not have her income proof.

While deciding alimony, whether judges take these things / my responsibilities into considerations or not.

Regards
