the original petition is submitted to the court, the original petition is pending for counter-the respondent advacate says the two parties are settled all the matters for divorce and then the counter fillled for concern divorce to the court in the same petition and get order from the court ,it is possible or not please send me answer as early as possible.

1. Both the parties to the Divorce Petition are legally entitled to file Counter Applications /Arguments /Settlement Terms /Whatever .... before Final Orders, without any exceptions, whatsoever ....
