sir I have married on 2017 june and had a baby in dec 2018 and because of financial and property division my wife is staying away from me since June 2019 and am asking her to come home but she is refused to come she will come if I gift deed the property but am not interested to do so , she is working women a software engineer
can I apply for divorce if I apply for divorce how can I proceed if it is so whether I has to pay all the maintenance amount to my wife means should I take complete burden of both the child and wife
