Distribution of grandfather's property in muslim law

Hello to all!!

I need a legal advice from the experts. This is about the distribution of my grandfather's property.

My name is Salim khan, age 30, I amliving in Mumbai. We are practising sunni muslim family. First I would like to give the details of my family. My grandfather has 4 son & 4 daughters and all are married. My father is the eldest son of his. My father does not live with us because he is married to another woman when I was 3 years old, and after that my grandfather raised us.

Now the problem is almost one year ago my grandfather was dead. And after his death there is chaos among all his children to sell all his property and distribute it according to muslim law. It is said that in muslim law sisters share is half to their brothers. But some daughters agree with this law and others do not. They also claim that their mother (my grandmother) has equal shares to brothers.

Now i want to give the details of my grandfather property. He had factories aprrox 14000 sq. feet, 2 flats in mumbai and a house and fields in village.

My question is how to distribute my grandfather's whole property among the heirs?

I forgot to mention that my father does not claim any single share from his father as he says all his shares should be going to his former wife (my mother) and his children (me & my sister & brothers)

please guide me at your earliest,

thanks
