2. Parental earned property(movable and immovable)
We are four brothers (no sisters) and mother, my father passed away. Out four brothers one brother not interested in property, hence division among only three and all three are settled at USA (green card).
Some properties in mothers name also, that property too distribute among brothers and their children.
Please advise us,
a) a) how to how to distribute the property among brothers,
b) b) Is it possible to transfer grandchildren’s name Ancestral property
c) c) What are the procedures -deeds, documents and registration are required?
d) d) All are ready to come India and follow the legal formalities
