In a Suit in City Civil Court agains a Municipality the Judge Disreagrded our Oral Evidence & dismissed our petition mentioning. My Question is Can the Learned Judge Disregard Oral Evidence given by witnesses without assigning any reason and insist on documentary evidence ? Any Case LAws on the same topic ?
