Disputed ancestral property

Query:

Residential property in Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi.
There were two brothers, younger brother expired 20 years back and the other one expired 1 year back.
The younger brother has a daughter and his wife which live in the disputed property and has been living there since 26 years like since the couple got married. The older brother by misappropriation and intimidation got the property on his name by his parents and other ancestral properties as well. He had been threatening them to vacate the property since so many years by mentally torturing them and after he expired his son his doing the same.
The younger brother’s wife and daughter have no place to live, they’re left with one last asset and memory of the family. They have not been given any rights in other assets of the family. The parents of the brothers have also expired and no one in the family is in the favour of them.

What are the possible legal remedies they can go for to protect their rights?

1. A Civil Court suit can be filed seeking restraining orders against evicting them and perserving their right in the property.
