sir,
khede gaon me rahane wale hai. mere peetaji ke bhai hum se bina karan jagadh raha hai jab kheti karne ke liye jate hai. khet teeno bhai ke beech batwara ho gaya hai. vina karan hum se jhagad raha hai.
agar hum unke kheelaf case gram panchayat me karna chahiye ya taluk panchant.
pls help sir.

you will have to file suit for declaration and injunction because you have said that there is partition between your father and uncle.

I am not sure whether in your state one is permitted to file a case in Gram Panchayat but surely you can file a suit for declaration of boundary and for injunction against restraint in agriculture.
