My father gifted my sister some portion of land from our house and surrounding areas on a Rs.50.00 judicial paper with the signature of my mother on it. After his demise, my sister collected some fraud signatures with backdate of some lawyers on it to prove them witness. Though the photocopy of the original is kept with my mother. The paper was not registered till now
nor before my father's demise. As she is making various illegal steps to capture the whole property, My question :
i) Is it legally valid now ?
ii) The illegal modifications done afterwards by sister can create problem to my widow mother to vacate her portion?
My mother wants to get "DEED OF PARTITION" - please advice.
