DISPARITY IN GIVING ALLOWANCE TO EMPLOYEES IN A GOVERNMENT HOSPITAL

1..Please provide me la certified copy of aid down rules/ rules and regulations that enable for payment of patient allowance to the various class of employees.

2. Please provide me list of employees that are receiving such allowance class wise (Ministerial staff, group-wise etc not individual names)

You collect the evidences and the list of the personnel who are drawing such allowances to which they are not entitled.

You may either give a representation to the top officer or the competent authority  on this requesting him to take proper action against the erring staff and stop loss to exchequer at least now on.
