I was working as a lecturer in polytechnic college, but on July 15th without any prior information the principal of the college terminated me giving salary as a reason, but during semester holidays he gave salary to staffs who favour him. but at the same time retains the person who is not qualified to handle classes. not only this he shows lots of discrimination since in Bel OK no to SC and uses some abusive words. can we file any case against him. related to discrimination and sc/st atrocity act
