Hi -
I am kind of confused as to how am I married under the Hindu Marriage Regsitration Act, becuase all my documents show different Registraton Acts.
I was married in November of 2005 -
My marriage affidavit from Nov 2005 - says per Hindu Marriage Act
My Memorandum of Marriage from Nov 2005 - says Bombay Registration of Marriage Act
My marriage certificate from Nov 2014 - says Gujarat Registration of Marriage Act.
I know, I am married per Hindu Marriage Act, but how do I prove that my Marriage Certificate (per Gujarat Registration of Marriage Act), shows the same thing. I tried to find it on the web, without much success.
