sir, my father had a property in coimbatore which was bought by my mother on my fathers name. my mother and father separated (not legally). my mother died in 2002.my father lives with another woman she has husband. she also separated from his husband (not legally). now i filed a case for my share in the property on march 2013. on hearing this my father made a dhana settlement to that illegal lady as his wife on may 2013. the property is under my possession. now that illegal lady wants to remove me from the property, as she wants to sale the property.whether the settlement is right. shall i get the share of my property.
