My mother was forced to make a dhana settlement by my brother forty years back while I was away in my in laws house. Now my mother is no more to refute this. Since it was an involuntary act by my mother and also I was not present there when this settlement happened. Is it still valid. My mom has no other kids other than me and my brother and this is her property that she bought. Is this settlement valid, don't women have equal rights to her mothers property these days? How can I claim my share?
