Dear Sonu

if you have strong proof to file the cases against her then you should file the case because when you file the case against her and her family members, it may be possible that she offer an amicably settlement with you and at that time you may tried to settled the matter amicably.

 

there is no bar for you to file the cases against her, based on her present case, you may file a divorce case against her based on cruelty Under Section 13(1)(ia) of Hindu Marriage Act-1955, if both of you are Hindu.

 

The time and cost is depend on the circumstances, can't say.
