Respected Lawyers,

I am planning to buy an apartment in Bangalore. What would be the best step to take as I do not want my wife to be second or half owner of this property in future. Is it possible that I will buy it jointly with my mother & Sister.

it is impossible to evade the share to your wife but there is another option i.e., buy the flat in the name of your mother as her self acquired property and at the same time your mother has to execute a registered Will of the same flat infavour of your daughter or son

Yes. It is possible to buy a flat on your Mother & sister names.
