Learned counsel for the petitioner to serve a copy of the writ petition upon Dr. Manish Singhvi, learned Additional Advocate General for the State of Rajasthan, whose name shall be shown by the Registry in the Cause List on the next date of hearing. Issue notice to respondent Nos.1 & 5. Petitioner shall not be arrested for a period of one week from today. Post on 9.9.2013.
