Hi,

Incorporation in India is not at all difficult and even very cost effective.

You must have minimum two partners to Start your comapny with minimum capital 1L.

If you are Non-Resident Indian, then it is mandatory to have Indian Citizen as second partner.

You have two choices of Incorporation

1. Private Limited Company under Comapnies Act and

2) Limited Liability Partnership unde LLP Act.

Both carries equal legal value. One is registered with RoC and Second with MCA.

I'll suggest you to get incorporated under LLP Act. and form LLP. It very much cost effective, easy Incorporation, Time saving and most improtantly TAX SAVING.

For more information, clarification and incorporation, we would like to assist you.
