Complaint to be lodged against dating and friendship site

I have been cheated 91,100 in the garb of providing dating services by a Kolkata based firm. But I am living in Gurgaon Haryana and the bank account from which the amount transferred is in Delhi. How I can recover my amount without any services provided by them. However they still demanding further money to get the services. Please help me.

Hello,

You can file police complaint in Gurgaon. Police may try to investigate the case and you may get your amount back.

Issue legal notice through advocate, claiming refund. Then file suit for recovery of money in Delhi.

Also, register FIR against them for cheating.
