Maintenance for divorced wife

Dear Sirs,

Can a Maintenance Case be filed by a Divorced wife (not married after divorce) after passing a period 25 years.

Husband alive and is a government pensioner drawing a pension of about Rs.70k per month.

How to proceed, kindly let me know.

In my humble view , divorcee means she was not obedient wife. if a person is not obedient how can she get benefit/bounty from her ex- husband. / ex master.
for her lively hood she should work or apply for financial help to the welfare centres.

APPLY UNDER S.125 CR P C FOR MAINTENANCE. I AM SURE THAT YOU WILL GET MAINTENANCE ORDER FROM COURT.
