My mother passed away. My mom had 4 Childrens (3 sons and 1 daughter (married, predeceased, having 1 children (son) ) ). How we can share our moms property. The children who is dead before mother's death doesn't gets any share they are excluded living children will get ie sons get twice share then daughters.
