Eligibility for gratuity payment

I have joined pvt. Ltd. Company in jul-2013 as management trainee. Later they have confirmed me on jan-2014. I have been working with organizations till now. I have resigned from job and my last working day is 31st oct 2018. Whether i am eligible for gratuity payment.

Yes. You are eligible for Gratuity since you have put in requisite years of service.
