Police not filing fir

you have to approach the Learned Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, of your jurisdiction under the provision of Section 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. praying inter alia for a direction upon SHO or Officer in charge of the concern police station for treating your application as an FIR and for necessary investigation, in terms of the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code' 1973.

FIR - Section 154 of Cr.P.C. -----------------if police refuse to register --------------then to approach higher rank police officer ---------Section 154(3) of Cr.P.C.---------------even though the registration of FIR has not directed ----------------------then approach the Judicial Magistrate -----------under the provision of Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.
