i want to know if complaint of cat tribunal can be done to principal cat new delhi i find that the judges are simply passing time even though all pleading are complete 2 years back and every time the cat judges put the case for final hearing and every times my advocate,govt advocate are ready for final argument the judges adjourn the case and not interested to finalize the case this is happening since lat 1.5 years and the oa filed in year 2014 is now completing 3.5 years what is the remedy of complaint if any kindly suggest if any option are available many people say if you complain the judge will spoil and dismiss the case is it correct kindly advise
