CAN A PRIVATE LTD COMPANY BUY AGREE LAND IN INDIA.???

Hello Experts, I have few question regarding Agree Land Ownership, I want to set up a Pvt Ltd Company and it will be exclusively in Organic / Advanced Farming and allied businesses. Now my questions are..... 1. Can the company own Agree Land.?? 2. If not what is the alternative to this.??? 3. Can Section 25 company own Agree land.??? 4. Where is the land, i mean which state.  It's varies from state to state.
