HI Experts,
I bought a house in yr 2011 and have the sale deed in my name, but did not do the Mutation at that time.
1) I want to sell the house now, can I sell it without mutation; and
2) will I face any problems as already 3 yrs have gone by without getting it mutated??

You can sell the property without mutating the record also, but you should cooperate in the buyer getting it mutated on his name after he purchases it.
