deprived of the ancestors property

My family has 3 sons and 4 daughters while my grandfather died who had his deposit in the bank but was taken away from the son who was bigger while other 2 sons were deprived of the money,property.now what can be done while 1 son is disabled so all concerns for him as he isn't getting the money as well as property both .seriously conditions are getting worst
