Hi Team,
I left my rented house in Bangalore on September, 14th, after giving more than one month notice.
My owner owes me :
Advance : 1.5 lakhs minus painting and cleaning
+ Money that I had lent her : 1.25 lakhs
She and her husband are promising me payment, but they have not done it.
I would like to know the procedure to take action in justice in order to get at least the deposit back. The problem is that I left India as my work there was finished, and I am now back to The Netherlands.
